Please note:
  • Order tracking is available for most invoices dated after February 25, 2001.
  • Credit card information, if any, is not given on the invoice
  • Phone orders may take up to 12 hours to post after you place your order (Internet orders post immediately).
  • SureCheck authorizes you to use SureCheck's CustomerCare™ tracking system solely to track orders for SureCheck customers and for no other purpose. Any other use of CustomerCare tracking system and information is strictly prohibited.

Every attempt is made to ship your complete order out the moment we receive it. However, occaisionally shipping times may be extended for many reasons.

We never charge additional shipping to send out backorders.

Your account or credit card will not be charged until all items have shipped.

We will ship whatever items we can in the lead time quoted. If we need more time to ship than the lead time mentioned when you purchased your product(s), we will ship what products we can and backorder the remaining items.
