Avionics
To return avionics to SureCheck for repairs or refunds:

Call us at 1-888-340-8055 to receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. NO REPAIRS OR REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER.

The RMA number MUST BE DISPLAYED CLEARLY on the outside of the shipping box. Shipments will be refused if no RMA number is clearly indicated on the outside. We cannot track shipments internally, or match up products and customers without an RMA number. |

If sending back your unit for repair

Be sure to include your return address |

Send back your avionics unit ONLY. Do not send the shipping box, accessories, manual, or any other non-defective parts.

Remove any batteries, if applicable. |

If sending back your unit for a refund, please send back the complete avionics package, including any accessories and documentation. Incomplete returns will not be refunded.

Publications

SureCheck charges a 10% restocking fee for returned non-checklist items (i.e. manuals, kneeboards) totalling $500 or more.
Due to the electronic nature of software distribution, no returns or exchanges are available for software, such as Echo™.
To obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number (required for all returns), contact us via our contact page or by phone. RMS numebrs are required for the security of our receivables, and for internal tracking of your package. All packages without an RMA clearly marked will be refused and return to you unopened.
