- Answer common questions and provide step by step assistance
- Attend annual tradeshows

- Keeping current with educational level knowledge of avionics systems currently on the market, and new systems.

| Education, Experience, and Skills Required |
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Self motivated personality eager to learn new technology to benefit others.
- Previous civilian aviation experience a plus
